For the 8th consecutive year, the National Surf Circuit sponsored by Iced Britt Coffee will be held at the main entrance to Guiones Beach On May 22nd-23rd. Come watch your local favorites compete or test your own skills against the nation’s best surfers. Grommies to grandpas, longboards and shortboards, men and women are all welcome to participate.

Inscriptions will be accepted that Friday the 21st between 5-7 pm at a location yet to be determined. Fees will range from 8,000 to 12,000 colones, depending on the age group.

Qualifying heats will begin on Saturday at 7:30am and will continue until the finals on Sunday morning.
These tournaments bring in thousands of dollars to local businesses and tournament organizers ask for the local’s cooperation by not surfing in the designated competition areas on these 2 days.
