Never Too Late to Celebrate Laughter Day

By Oriana Fowler for Costaspirit.com

"When you laugh, you change, when you change, the world changes," says Madan Kataria, credited as founder of the Laughter Yoga movement.

May 8 was World Laughter Day and in honor of this growing movement, why not give yourself one minute of laughter?

For inspiration, Costa Spirit interviewed Simeon Darwick, local Laughter Yoga teacher in Nosara, who shares an overview of Laughter Yoga and how a practice of laughter benefits the body and mind.

Happy Laughter Day! See video here
