"Miracle Charlie"
the Howling Monkey, SAVED!

By sibu sanctuary

Through rescue, rehabilitation and "step down release" efforts of Nosara Wildlife (www.nosarawildlife.com), the Howler Monkey, "Miracle Charlie" has survived electrocution on un-insulated power lines in Costa Rica. After years of rehabilitation, Charlie has been released back into the wild. This is a miracle as 99% do not survive. Nosara Wildlife received many types of wildlife that have been injured or orphaned as a result of man's encroachment into their habitats. After years of tireless 24/7 care on a shoestring budget, the few dedicated owners of Nosara Wildlife are finally making a difference.

The delivery of our electricity as we develop into their environment must be sustainable so that all may have a chance to survive. With your help, solutions are achievable. Please visit

Visit www.nosarawildlife.com/donate.html and help make a difference to stop the unnecessary suffering of our wildlife. Prevention is our #1 goal.

This baby monkey was born 5 days ago at SIBU refuge.
