Hot on the heels of the success of last year’s Nosara Fashion Show, is its successor the 2nd Annual Nosara Fashion Show on Friday December 17th at Estancia Nosara Private Club. The Fashion Show promises a night of music, fashion, and cultural events on the stage, organized by Colombian Curator Nina Arias.

This Year’s Nosara Fashion Show features a selection of international designers, invited to participate because their new collections are all inspired by the Nosara Lifestyle. Modeling these beautiful clothes will be 10 of the hottest local girls of Nosara & Guiones.

Venezuelan Native, Desi Morffe, who specializes in designing surf bikinis, dresses, and yoga wear will wow the crowd with her new collection. Klara Jones, from Australia, lived in Nosara for several months to let the nature of the jungle inspire her one of a kind antique doily dresses.Margarita Garro who hails from San Jose, will be showing designs that can be described as revamped vintage for a total commitment to sustainability, environment, and affordability. Karelle Levy, the French-Miami designer who was the main showstopper at Nosara’s Fashion show last January, will return with her Flora and Fauna Collection, a direct reflection of her visits to Nosara over the last year.

The event will also have a Fashion Silent Auction to benefit the Surfing Nosara Foundation. Each designer is donating a piece from her collection, along with other local boutiques, to raise money to complete the lunchroom construction at the Serapio Lopez School accompanied by a special musical performance by SK Acoustic. The cost of the event is 3,000 colones per person at the door and doors open at 9 pm.
